Lord, to whom can we go? You have the words of eternal life'. John 6:68

When Jesus asked the twelve apostles, if they wanted to leave him, Peter's response was unequivocal and pragmatic. 'Where else can we go? You have the message of eternal life'.

Peter's response is as relevant today as it was then. Despite all the choices at our disposal and various ways to live our lives, where else can we go, if we want eternity and want to live a full life in the here and now? Even if we don't understand what heaven or eternity looks like or how that might manifest, there's something within our spirit that recognises timelessness, that knows eternity. Jesus offers us a path of eternal truth, He shows us how to live the eternal promise. Jesus shows us the way. Today, let us refocus our eyes and heart on Jesus. Let us spend some time with Him so that He can direct our path.
